Meet Greer
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families in both community and private practice settings. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most.
My approach is warm, genuine, and non-judgemental, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Polyvagal Theory.
I work from a strengths-based and motivational interviewing framework, grounded in the belief that every person holds their own inner wisdom and capacity for meaningful change. My goal is to provide a compassionate and collaborative environment that empowers you to enhance your wellbeing, find balance, and live with greater purpose.
